Know Thyself

γνῶθι σεαυτόν · gnōthi seauton

My craft is the deliberate application of architecture and defense where it is needed most. While the technology industry over-engineers for corporate boardrooms, I focus on the foundational scale: independent enterprises, mid-market operators, and private individuals. I bring unshakeable security baselines and functional machine intelligence down to earth, constructing resilient infrastructure built for the real world—stripped of corporate theater and enterprise inflation.

The Odyssey

I was born in Galați — a vibrant, multicultural port city at the confluence of three major rivers (the Danube, Siret, and Prut), a former Porto Franco that served as one of Western Europe's primary gateways to the East, with roots dating back to the 2nd and 1st centuries BCE.

Junior Programmer the substrate

Technical High School "Paul Dimo", Galați · 4 yrs

Recognized early by Gymnasium teachers for a native mathematical mind, my current was channeled into intensive logic, physics, and computing. It was here that the architecture of code met the laws of the cosmos. Discovering how machines work gave me a sense of order, but learning how the Universe itself operates made me gaze upon the stars. I have never looked back.

Journalism & English evidence per claim

"Dunărea de Jos" University, Galați · 3 yrs

Having traced the beautiful, unyielding laws of the cosmos, I felt a profound craving to see that same flawless order reflected here on Earth. My journey through logic and physics had instilled a deep hunger for absolute truth—and by extension, a just world. Journalism was the inevitable next journey. It allowed me to treat truth not as a subjective variable, but as a hard physical constant that must be pursued and protected.

Philosophy the refusal doctrine

"Dunărea de Jos" University, Galați · 4 yrs

Yet, even while chasing absolute truths, my eyes kept gazing at the skies—once again in need of a new journey to find new stars reflected in the depths of the philosophical mind. It became my most beautiful and arduous voyage, charting human consciousness from the spiritual, animistic journey of shamanism to the systematic, almost scientific wisdom of the Ancient Greeks. Navigating medieval currents carried by the Moorish scholarship of Greek texts and the poetry of Provençal troubadours, a spark spreading like wildfire through Gutenberg's printing contraption into the Renaissance. Today, I dip my toes into this cosmic ocean, looking at Carl Sagan's footprints on the stardust beach.

The shorelines of formal academia were left behind, but the water never stopped moving. My currents took me into the deep trenches of the digital ocean, navigating the alien architectures of Claude, Gemini, Copilot, and ChatGPT since the dawn of the GPT-3.5 era. I spend my days mapping their invisible boundaries, studying their pressure points, decoding their refusal patterns, and knowing precisely where their logic fractures. In a world of surface-level users, this is production-grade navigation—knowing exactly how the current flows, and exactly where it breaks. Fighting the tsunami is an illusion; anchoring myself against the incoming tide would be a mistake—I dive in, embrace the current, and become part of the wave.

The Mediterranean

Leaving the lecture halls behind, I set out on a six-month navigation of the Italian peninsula. I mapped the country from its extremes—descending from the jagged, frozen peaks of the Italian Alps down to the beautifully mild winter shores of Sicily. I surrendered to the cadence of the language, the warmth of the people, and the rich soul of Mediterranean cuisine. The heart of this journey was the privilege of working as a Pizzaiolo in a remote Calabrian mountain village—a sanctuary high above the world, where time stops at a drop of olive oil from the ancient stones. I fell deeply in love with a land that taught me to measure life not by logic, but by presence.

My professional voyage began at the largest milling and baking giant in South-East Romania. I secured the role on the spot during the interview, tasked to instantly pitch a campaign for a round, dark biscuit glazed with white sugar stars. My vision: a child's bedroom melting away into the cosmos, leaving only a bed beneath a gentle lamp; the child sweeps an arm across the night sky, and from that sparkling celestial disturbance, the biscuit materializes in their hand.

Bringing that same imagination to the corporate grid, I became the sole creative force responsible for the entire Galați territory. While a national agency in Bucharest managed the countrywide footprint, I designed and deployed the local marketing empire—building branding materials, managing budgets, and single-handedly turning the regional transit fleets and delivery trucks into moving canvases of our visual identity.

The Confluence

Every river eventually seeks a deeper basin. This was the moment my personal navigation permanently aligned with another, merging two separate streams into a single, unified flow. Moving in with my partner wasn't just a change, it was the ultimate convergence. Together, we left the restless open waters behind to build a shared harbor, eventually, dropping the anchor along the serene shores of the Swiss lakes.

Customer Service Analyst

S.C. Meteor Auto · Sales & Operations · Customer Service · Galați

Stepping into the automotive grid at Meteor Auto, I confronted a different kind of vastness: a dense labyrinth of countless components, alphanumeric codes, and shifting physical locations. Here, I unlocked a hidden depth of human memory I never thought possible—internalizing the warehouse, mapping every part name, serial number, and exact shelf coordinate into a flawless mental index.

This living ledger became the engine of my role as a Customer Service Analyst. When clients dialed in for help desk support, I didn't just read data from a screen; I intuitively navigated them through our software and stock. By bridging physical inventory mastery with rigorous daily operations, financial reporting, and technical guidance, I turned a chaotic matrix of steel and numbers into a fluid, high-precision customer experience.

IBM · Managed Service Provider · Service Desk · Brno

Stepping into IBM meant navigating a massive, global enterprise ocean—a corporate landscape governed by unforgiving metrics, strict SLAs, and high-velocity technical streams. I began in the technical trenches, anchoring the frontline defense against digital crises as the specialized technical lifeline for Sony's global workforce. Tasked with resolving their high-stakes incidents within those high-pressure currents, I learned to think with absolute precision under storm conditions, collaborating directly with engineering teams to restore systemic order for an empire of users.

My trajectory soon shifted from managing the waves to engineering their design. Promoted to Quality Coach, I became the regulator of our output. I ran intense calibration sessions and audited communication channels, fine-tuning human performance to align with rigid global and regulatory standards. By mentoring the rising tide of new technicians and injecting critical data back into our QA infrastructure, I ensured our entire ecosystem moved with the flawless precision of a perfectly engineered tide.

Fabory · Industrial Supplies · Service Desk · Brno

The time came to stop navigating other people's currents and build my own channel. Handed an empty canvas during a high-stakes corporate migration from the Netherlands to Brno, I was tasked with constructing a three-person Service Desk entirely from scratch. This was the precise crucible where my IBM toolkit evolved—shifting from habits I practiced to a rigid, high-performance architecture I designed and deployed myself.

The result was an operational masterpiece. From a blank slate, we engineered a lean, hyper-efficient nerve center that anchored over 1,200 employees and stabilized Fabory's entire European warehouse network. We commanded an elite 89% first-call resolution rate, turning a risky corporate transfer into an absolute success story—proof that when you master the logic of the current, you can build a flawless harbor anywhere.

The Flying Dutchman

Before the transfer could launch, I had to chart the source waters. I spent one high-velocity month in Tilburg, immersing myself in the native currents of the Fabory infrastructure. Like a phantom ship cutting through the corporate blueprint, my mission was to absorb decades of operational logic, process nodes, and tribal knowledge in a matter of weeks. It was a brief, intense navigation that gave me the exact coordinates needed to successfully steer the entire ecosystem across the continent to Brno.

If Fabory was about building a reliable local harbor, NSC Global was about engineering a massive, high-voltage dam. I was stepped up to anchor the technical lifelines for one of Germany's largest energy titans, scaling our operations to withstand a staggering influx of 30,000 to 40,000 end users. Acting as the Shift Leader and de facto team lead, my role shifted from managing single data pipelines to governing a collective powerhouse.

I built a tactical academy within the enterprise—authoring an exhaustive training calendar and onboarding curriculum, refining our training content against hard performance metrics, and personally coaching a fleet of over 30 elite analysts. It was the ultimate architectural experiment: taking the exact process toolkit I forged at Fabory and subjecting it to ten times the people, and twenty times the load. The infrastructure never fractured. It held.

SecOps Analyst → SecOps Engineer

FNZ · Finance · Security Operations · Brno → Winterthur

Dropping anchor in the high-stakes currents of finance, I spent four years as the sole SecOps sentinel commanding the entire EMEA region—the absolute engine driving 80% of FNZ's core business. I held the line alone as our digital ocean swelled, protecting the platform as Assets Under Administration skyrocketed from under $100 Billion to over $1.5 Trillion. My promotion to Engineer was forged not through managing headcounts, but through the sheer depth of my defensive architecture.

Testing and strengthening our global shield by being part of a massive ArcSight-to-Splunk SIEM migration and commanding a brutal enterprise SOC stack spanning CrowdStrike Falcon MDR, F5 WAFs, Forcepoint, Check Point, Defender, Symantec, Trend Micro, Varonis, and Qualys. Pressure-testing our walls through intense purple-team combat with Mandiant and NCC Group. From that solitary watch, I scaled a global defense fleet—onboarding and training analysts across the CZ, US, and UK to protect a network stretching from Sydney, Wellington, Singapore, Brno, London, Edinburgh and Boston.

But my greatest victory was a quiet defiance. In an industry whose baseline reflex was to block the horizon, I stood as the lone voice arguing that we should not fight the incoming generative tide, but channel it under strict controls. The company listened, bypassing the walls to contract directly with AI providers—proving that true security isn't about halting the current, but knowing exactly how to navigate it.

I spent one high-stakes month on the rain-swept stone of Edinburgh, anchoring a critical tactical huddle in the shadow of Castle Rock. Embedded directly with the elite threat-hunters at Mandiant, our mission was to architect FNZ's next-generation Incident Response playbooks. If our global financial platform was a massive vessel navigating treacherous waters, this was us scripting the ultimate battle plans for the perfect storm. It was a brief, intense forge that ensured if a crisis ever breached the hull, the network knew exactly how to fight back and survive.

CyberSec Consultant & AI Solutions Engineer

Consultant · Seconsulting · LisaLab · ElisaLab · Global

Having plunged directly into the technological tsunami, my trajectory found its ultimate purpose: to redistribute its power. For too long, finance-grade cybersecurity and frontier architectures have been luxuries reserved exclusively for multi-million-dollar empires, leaving small businesses and private individuals exposed to the shifting currents. Through my independent practice, I chose to shatter that disparity and bridge the chasm.

I synthesized nearly a decade of elite enterprise defense, took the high-stakes watch I once kept over a $1.5 Trillion financial platform, and encoded that entire cognitive architecture into autonomous, securely governed agent fleets. By transforming bleeding-edge technology into robust, production-ready infrastructure, I deliver sovereign, enterprise-grade protection at a fraction of the cost—bringing the fortress to those who couldn't afford the digital walls before.

Port VI · Depths — Heave the lead!

Depths I've measured — not depths I claim.

The operational ballast. These are the core vectors that dictate how I build, protect, and navigate systems when the pressure mounts.

01The Steady Hand

The anchor on the bridge during a storm. Maintained a 4-year solo watch over a hundreds-of-billions-dollar asset platform with zero major incidents. It is the combination of pure technical nerve and grounding presence when a team encounters a crisis.

02Zero-to-One

A blank-canvas builder. I don't inherit legacy systems; I map empty pages and engineer architectures that hold—from three independent brands to an elite corporate helpdesk running at 89% first-call resolution.

03Systemizing Tacit Knowledge

Encoding the human brain into infrastructure. I capture fluid, complex operational logic and transform it into self-sustaining frameworks, playbooks, SOPs, and agent fleets that can survive independently.

04Force Multiplier

Scaling output, not hours. Whether training 30+ SD Agents, or 5 SOC analysts to think like engineers, or deploying autonomous scouts that claw back hours of manual labor per week, my goal is systemic leverage.

05Radical Adaptability

Dismantling and rebuilding a career path across multiple countries, toolkits, and different languages. I absorb local context instantly, adapt to the terrain, and do not crack under structural friction.

06Frontier Autodidact

The capacity to map complex, uncharted domains entirely alone. I treat knowledge not as a static destination, but as a fluid horizon—systematically annexing new disciplines.

07Conviction with Foresight

The spine to challenge an industry's default, defensive block-everything reflex. I speak my mind clearly, filtered through rigorous data and raw common sense.

08Cognitive Range

Fusing code, journalism, classical philosophy, and high-stakes cybersecurity into a singular mindset. It is an evidence-hungry thinking style that tackles highly creative problems with absolute logical discipline.

09Craft

An uncompromising refusal of "good enough." I bring pixel-level intent to user interfaces and ironclad integrity to backend defense layers, ensuring everything shipped is flawless in both function and story.

Port VII · Shallows — By the mark twain!

A chart that hides its shallows gets ships wrecked.

So here are mine, marked properly — each with its heading.

01Parallel Horizons

Cognitive breadth is a gift, but its tax is the temptation to navigate too many complex vectors simultaneously. Balancing security strategies, multiple brands, individual client roadmaps, and deep-tech products in parallel splits the main current—occasionally diluting the raw velocity needed to push any single asset across the finish line.

02Over-polishing the Hull

Obsessive craft can slide into a trap of diminishing returns. Iterating endlessly for pixel-true design perfection or flawless narrative coherence delays real-world deployment, where a leaner, rougher, shipped version would yield faster data. Learning to execute on "good enough for now" is an ongoing calibration.

03Over-Ballasted Ownership

A tendency to internalize collective team outcomes as personal liabilities. While treating a system's or a student's friction as my own failure makes me a deeply protective anchor, it forces me to carry a heavy, solitary weight on deck. The shadow side is that it can unintentionally shield others from the constructive accountability they need to grow.

04Smoothing the Wave

Placing an exceptional premium on a harmonious team atmosphere can occasionally cross the line into conflict-avoidance. Deferring awkward conversations or delaying a blunt, necessary "this isn't working" call means protecting immediate comfort at the expense of long-term clarity. I have to remind myself that constructive friction is often part of the learning curve.

Port VIII · Persona — Peri Dialogon

Where the performance ends and the dialogue begins.

The Quiet Sanctuary

Family Time — the true pivot of the entire map. Far from the relentless velocity and noise of the outer world lies the uncomplicated joy of shared time—unplugged, present, and whole. There is no complexity here, no performance, and no conditions. This small circle is the defining system that gives the entire journey its purpose.

Sine Bachio, Deus existere non potuisset.

I am drawn to narrative structures that have triumphantly outlived their creators. Whether navigating the raw, operatic architecture of human passion, the unfiltered tension of a live theater stage, the meticulous, deliberate framing of classical cinema, or simply indulging myself with a painting or a sculpture, I seek out sanctuaries where human expression is neither rushed nor diluted — a taste for things built to endure.

Mens sana in corpore sano

Hiking · Cycling · Strength Training — three hours a week in the gym and two hours cycling the roads and gravel along the Aare. This isn't an exercise checklist; it is an essential cycle. It is the deliberate, kinetic friction needed to arrest the digital momentum of the machine—a space where thoughts get unplugged from the technological landscape and settle into the pace of the natural environment — protecting the mind by strengthening the body.

The Celestial Coffee Shop

The company we choose reveals who we are. Here are a few of the beautiful minds I would have loved to cross paths with.

Socrates — The foundational anchor for the architecture of thought. He was the first among humans to truly chart the fragile, flimsy boundary between the creation of our immediate universe and the intricate mapping of our own minds. He saw that the human intellect is a volatile forge: we are entirely capable of giving birth to terrible monsters, yet equally capable of engineering breathtakingly beautiful things. He remains the ultimate reminder that we are, fundamentally, the absolute masters of our own paths.

Mark Twain — The essential lens for human nature and systemic irony. I am drawn to his ludicrously sharp wisdom and his unquenched thirst to grasp the deepest mysteries of the human spirit. His timeless, constructive critique of our social and political structures operates with a chilling foresight—uncannily predicting the rise of the Orwellian dictatorships that devastated the 20th century, and which continue to threaten our structures today.

Carl Sagan — The steady compass for the macro-scale. The astrophysicist philosopher who stood upon the shoulders of all the beautiful minds, trials, and errors that came before him, using that immense historical convergence as a unique vantage point. From that height, he recognized science and technology not merely as tools, but as the primary lantern required to crawl ourselves out from the suffocating Platonic caves that cloud our collective minds.

The Gathering Storm

We stand at a profound global crossroads, and we desperately need the absolute best of our historical inheritance to guide us through the gathering storms ahead. It is no longer just a preference—it is our imperative duty to draw out the highest standard of human reason and integrity from within ourselves. Together, we might stand a chance of navigating these dark currents.
